Educational material and the diagnostic
Website content and the diagnostic are educational tools for business reflection. They are not a professional diagnosis, a prediction of business failure, or a certification of compliance or viability. Results depend on the answers you supply and are not independently verified. A score is a prompt for discussion, not proof that a particular outcome will occur.
Business outcomes
Engagements are scoped around agreed services and deliverables. Revenue, savings, funding, market demand, stakeholder agreement and other business outcomes depend on factors beyond the work itself. Past results and examples do not establish what another client will achieve. This statement does not remove an express contractual promise or mandatory legal remedy.
A testimonial must reflect an authentic, authorized experience and disclose relevant material connections. A general disclaimer does not make a misleading or unsupported claim acceptable.
Professional advice and authority
Our ordinary consulting does not substitute for qualified legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, mental-health or other regulated advice. Governance and role documents do not themselves form a legal entity or appoint a corporate officer. A fractional role does not authorize signing, spending or binding a client without an explicit grant of authority.
AI and third parties
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, insecure or unsuitable and requires appropriate human review. A website disclaimer is not permission to upload confidential information to an AI provider or to take autonomous action for a client. Providers and linked products have their own terms and availability; integrations and client data use must be specifically agreed.
