A signed agreement defines the work you purchase. Existing agreements are not changed by publication of these pages.

Before an engagement
We provide a written scope and the applicable agreement before paid work begins. Ask for a mutual NDA before sharing sensitive commercial information. Where we process personal data on your instructions, the engagement also needs an appropriate data processing agreement and provider schedule. Client agreement templates are completed for the engagement; they are not automatically accepted by browsing this site.
