Responsibility and scope
Effective October 27, 2026. Rick Broider DBA QuickLaunch Consulting, based in Austin, Texas, United States, is responsible for the information described here. Email systems@saberra.com with QuickLaunch privacy in the subject.
This notice covers quicklaunchconsulting.com, inquiries and our own consulting administration. When we process a client’s customer or staff data on that client’s instructions, the client determines the purposes; its notice and our data processing agreement apply to that work. Contact the client for those requests, or contact us for help routing them.
The contact email uses the saberra.com domain. Using that mailbox to handle your request does not enroll you in a Saberra product or authorize reuse of your information for a separate product. Linked websites and products have their own notices.
Information you provide
Website forms ask for your name and email. Depending on the form, you may also provide your organization, business challenge, prior attempts, preferred phase, referral source, urgency and other context. We receive what you choose to send through forms, email and engagement communications. Required fields are marked; without the relevant details we may be unable to answer your request.
Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, sensitive personal information, children’s information, or confidential information belonging to others through public forms. Ask for an NDA and an appropriate secure channel before sensitive discovery. Engagements may require contract, billing, scheduling and project information, as described in their scope.
Technical data and the diagnostic
Website delivery and security providers receive technical request information such as IP addresses, requested resources, browser information and timestamps. The site is hosted using GitHub Pages. Website forms send the page title and the page address without its query string or fragment alongside the details you submit.
The diagnostic calculates your answers in your browser. Its access flag stores an access timestamp on your device, not the answers. The reviewed quiz handler does not directly submit your quiz responses. If you choose to share results in an inquiry, we receive what you send. Optional analytics can record visits and predefined navigation/form-completion events, but our event code does not send your form answers or quiz responses.
Fonts are served from this website. They do not require a separate request from your browser to a font provider.
Why we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, deliver requested materials, evaluate and perform engagements, communicate about the work, administer billing, protect services, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. Inquiry submission requests a response; it is not a purchase or a subscription to unrelated promotional email. We require separate permission for optional marketing where consent is required.
Where a law requires a legal basis, we rely as appropriate on steps you request before a contract, performance of a contract with you, legal obligations, or legitimate interests in responding to business contacts and securely administering the practice. We consider the effects of those interests on individuals. A contract with your employer is not automatically a contract with you personally. We rely on your choice for optional website analytics. Where express consent is required for another use, we seek it separately.
A privacy notice is not blanket consent. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate prior lawful processing. We will not use information for an incompatible new purpose without the required basis and notice.
Recipients and providers
Formspree processes submitted website forms and delivers them for follow-up. Hosting and email providers process the information necessary to operate the site and handle messages. Google Analytics receives limited measurement information only when you enable analytics. For details, read the Cookie Policy, Formspree notice, GitHub notice, and Google notice.
An engagement may use collaboration, meeting, payment, AI or specialist providers identified for that engagement. Access must be limited to an appropriate purpose and governed by applicable contracts. We may disclose information when legally required, to establish or protect legal rights, or in a genuine business transfer with appropriate safeguards and legally required notice. These are not permissions for unrestricted disclosure.
Our policy prohibits selling inquiry or client personal information, sharing it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or using client confidential/personal information to train a shared or general-purpose AI model without separate specific lawful authorization. Website analytics is configured without Google signals or advertising-personalization signals. We do not enable session replay on this site. Contact us about a particular provider or project data flow.
International handling
QuickLaunch is based in the United States and uses providers that may process information in the United States or other countries. Laws in those places may differ from the laws where you live. If a restricted international transfer applies to an engagement, the applicable data agreement must identify locations and the required safeguards before the transfer. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your information. We do not treat ordinary website use as consent to unrestricted international transfers.
How long information is kept
We keep personal information for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, applicable legal obligations, and legitimate disputes. Relevant factors include whether an inquiry is active, the duration of the engagement, contractual handoff/deletion obligations, required tax/accounting retention, and the time needed to address a specific legal claim. Information no longer needed should be deleted or anonymized; a valid legal hold may require restricted retention.
Project return/deletion periods are agreed in the applicable data agreement. Provider logs, inbox copies and isolated backups can have different deletion cycles; an immediate deletion from every backup is not promised. Retained copies remain subject to appropriate restrictions. Contact us for the retention period or criteria applicable to your particular records and to request deletion.
On your device, our analytics choice lasts up to 180 days and diagnostic access lasts up to 30 days. Optional analytics cookies are configured for a 180-day maximum lifetime per issue/update. Browser storage and cookies are separate from provider-side reporting retention. See the Cookie Policy.
Choices and rights
You can ask what information we hold, request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy where available, object to or restrict processing where applicable, and withdraw consent. Email systems@saberra.com. We verify identity proportionately and may request enough information to locate the relevant record. Authorized agents may act where law permits with appropriate verification. We do not require unnecessary sensitive identification or penalize the exercise of protected rights.
We respond within the deadline required by applicable law and explain lawful exceptions or extensions. If a Texas privacy right applies, our response is due within 45 days, subject to a lawful extension explained within that period. To appeal a refusal, reply or send a new email with QuickLaunch privacy appeal in the subject and identify the decision. We respond to a Texas appeal within 60 days, or sooner if another applicable law requires. If an appeal is denied, you can file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General.
Depending on your location and legal coverage, you may have rights to opt out of sale, targeted advertising or certain significant profiling, limit sensitive-data use, or complain to your local regulator. Our website treats Global Privacy Control as a request to keep optional analytics off. The same conservative behavior applies to a recognized Do Not Track setting, although the signals are legally different. Cookie settings and email choices are separate.
If you are in the EEA or UK and the relevant law applies, you may also complain to your local data protection authority. A contract or our handling of a request does not remove your statutory rights.
Security, recording and AI
We limit authorized use of personal information to the relevant purposes and require appropriate safeguards for engagement processing. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. This notice does not claim a particular security certification. Report a suspected incident involving QuickLaunch information to systems@saberra.com.
Meeting recording or AI transcription requires advance disclosure of the purpose, provider and retention, and permission where required. An engagement is not blanket permission to record every participant. Approved AI processing must identify its provider, authorized data and handling controls; a general promise of zero retention or no provider training is not assumed. The diagnostic offers informational suggestions, not a legal or similarly significant automated decision.
Children and changes
The ordinary site and consulting offer are directed to adults and organizations. If you believe a child supplied information, contact us so we can assess and address it. Youth programs require separate appropriate arrangements and notices.
We show the effective date of this policy. Material changes receive additional notice or renewed consent where required. A new notice does not itself authorize incompatible reuse of information already collected.
